cert came with the karl fischer water content already on it, unasked. that is an API habit and it is the reason i moved my reorders here. paperwork is half of what youre paying for

What the room says
A Shenzhen API house that has been making peptides since 2003 and does contract manufacturing for customers who are not us, and that shows up in the certificate before it shows up anywhere else — what arrives reads like a document a QA department signed off rather than a sales attachment. That heritage is most of the case for them here: release testing gets done because somebody else's contract requires it, and a member ordering two vials gets the same paperwork as a side effect. Coastal dispatch out of Guangdong is quick and the catalogue is deep, so what #vendor-talk actually argues about is lead time on the odd lines, not whether they can make them.
Regional stock. Orders leave a warehouse in the member’s own country.
- Netherlands (Rotterdam) — European Union, 2-4 days
- Germany (Hamburg) — Germany, Austria, Switzerland, 2-4 days
- United Kingdom (London) — United Kingdom & Ireland, 2-3 days
- United States (California) — United States, 2-4 days
- Canada (Toronto) — Canada, 3-5 days
- Australia (Melbourne) — Australia & New Zealand, 3-5 days
- Release paperwork reads like an API batch record, on catalogue orders as well as bulk
- Assay has landed at or above the certificate on every lot logged since 2025
- Quotes come back with a written lead time attached, custom sequences included
- Shenzhen dispatch runs one to two working days, and regional stock ships domestically where it exists
- Bulk and API quantities are quoted by the gram with a stated lead time before you commit to anything
- The certificate carries purity by RP-HPLC with the wavelength, net peptide content, water content and the lot code — the full batch record comes back on request

lot HYB-26-142, 99.1%, cert matched the vial matched the invoice. no notes. would order again, will order again
blind submitted the retatrutide 10 mg to Janoshik, did not tell them whose. 98.9% vs 98.6% claimed. thats the direction you want that gap to point
9 lots logged, all inside a point of each other. tight band > one big number, i will die on this. test your own vial anyway. always.
day 3 from the Germany warehouse. i keep saying it but regional stock is the whole game. no complaints
asked for the lot specific certificate rather than the batch level one and had it inside the hour, related substances table populated
related substances table is itemised. named impurities. not "total 0.4%" and good luck. genuinely nothing to moan about which is rare for me
they told me about a 2 day delay BEFORE it happened. before! nobody does that. reply came back same day on a weekday
reconstituted the semaglutide 5 mg just now and it went clear on contact. no swirling, no haze, nothing floating. thats a properly dried cake
their raw came back 99.2% and the reseller vial of the same thing came back 98.9%. going direct, every time. not affiliated, just kept receipts
weighed 4 vials against label because i was bored. all inside 2%. fill consistency never gets talked about. n=1, saying so up front
custom sequence quote came back with a written lead time on it, and then they beat the lead time by 3 days. that is twice now
peptide content listed separate from purity. two different numbers. correctly separated. it should not be rare. purity by rp-hplc with the wavelength on it so the number actually means something
12 orders over 16 months, no substitutions, nothing quietly swapped after i paid. boring supplier, highest praise available
cold pack was still hard when i opened it. day 4. in summer. in the United Kingdom. someone over there actually thinks about the box
pulled an old cert for a lot from 22 months ago no problem, no attitude about it either. they have kept everything since 2003 by the sound of it
first order small on purpose. Medutest said 98.8%. second order was not small lol. if the next one holds i stop testing every lot
sent one vial to PeptideMeter and one to VendorInvestigate cos i did not trust the first number. they agreed. so, fine. research use only obviously
reordered at 11 months to check for drift — 98.6% then 98.7% now. their number and the lab number a tenth apart
ok so the tirzepatide 15 mg came back from Janoshik — 99.0% on a claimed 98.7%. thats fine. thats actually fine. happy with it, moving on
asked about counter ion, acetate or tfa, got an actual number back with units and the method beside it. this is one order not a study
stock said available and it WAS available and it shipped same day out of Shenzhen. i am genuinely a bit surprised. customs paperwork right first time, thats why it was quick
packing was every vial seated in its own foam cut-out with the invoice sealed in a sleeve. photographed it the first time out of habit and stopped bothering after that
7th order off them. still nothing to report. still the point. defaulting to them till something changes
split the order over two lots on purpose to compare — 0.1 apart. thats within my own noise. gradient and column both on the cert
support answered a question about the lot code at 6am their time with the batch record attached. not the cheapest per mg and after reading the cert i understand exactly why
