A member who had gone quiet in spring 2025 came back with fourteen months of records, including two things the room almost never gets: a proper baseline and a properly documented stop. The fortnight built itself around that, and around three other returners who had less data and equally useful stories. The archive being searchable turned out to matter here.

• The returned member had fasting insulin, a full lipid panel and A1c from before starting, which made everything after it interpretable.
